The process of creating a new email template is essentially identical to that of editing a default email template. The only difference is that with a new one there is no pre-defined text; you enter it all from scratch.
To create a new email template, take these steps:
Step 1
Go to the Manage Programs page.
Step 2
In the Program table, find the program for which you want to create a new email template. Click to the left of the program, then select Email Templates from this menu:

The Email Templates page appears:
Click on the New Email Template button. From here, follow the same steps as outlined for editing a default email template.
