How do I get to the Case Inbox?

There are two ways to reach the Case Inbox:

 

1. You can click a link to a case in an email notification and then close the case.

2. You can access it through the user interface.

 

To reach the Case Inbox through the interface, follow these steps:

Step 1

Take the following path through the interface: Case Management | Inbox

 

Note: The Administration menu option only appears if you are a case management administrator. If you are not a case management administrator, clicking the Case Management tab takes you directly to the Case Inbox.

Step 2

The Case Inbox appears:

 

 

There are two tasks that you must perform in administering the Case Inbox:

 

1. Define your table columns.

2. Communicate relevant information to your caseworkers.
