What is a hierarchy structure?

A hierarchy structure is a collection of one or more hierarchies that are connected and linked to a survey on the Allegiance platform. Each hierarchy in the structure must have the same interaction point.

Hierarchy structures allow you to efficiently and flexibly organize your data based on how you organize your business. They give you access to roll-up and drill-down reporting for your entire company, as well as greater flexibility in administering your case management program and greater control over analyst permissions.

Note: A survey can only be linked to one hierarchy structure, but each hierarchy structure can be linked to multiple surveys.
