In this example, there is a row that says "I prefer not to say" which is marked as Exclusive. This means that if you mark "prefer not to say" in a column, you can't select any other answers in that column.
In this example, marking 'exclusive' for each row results in ranking throughout the entire table, i.e., there can only be one item ranked #1, etc.
