If you have questions or other elements that you use in multiple surveys, you can save them to a library so they can be copied into other surveys. You can save into either a personal library or the company library. The company library is helpful when you want to share questions among multiple survey administrators in your company so that you can enforce consistency across surveys.
Follow these steps to use the Question Library:
1. After you create a question, choose Save to library from the tools icon.
2. On the Save to Library screen, choose whether to save the question to your Personal or Company Library.
Click Save when you are done. The question or other element is now available in the library you specified.
