Roles are the building blocks of security access. They define the specific
components of Allegiance products that users can access. In the
case of Voice, the role also defines which records the user can access.
Users can only be assigned a single role, so it's important to be sure
that the role contains everything the user will need. The same role can
be assigned to multiple users who need the same level of access.
