Change Password

Users can change their own passwords or have the system administrator change it for them.

Password Change by User

As an individual user, you can access your personal information and change your password. You will need to enter your current password and then the new password.

1.      Login to the system

2.      Click Admin in the banner

3.      Click Change Password in the General Information section

4.      Enter your current and new information.

Password Change by System Administrator

A system administrator can change or reset a user's password at any time. There are two ways to accomplish this, depending on whether you know the user's current password. You can edit the user's profile and change the password, assuming you know the current password.

Alternatively, you can reset the user's password from the user list. This doesn't require you to know the current password. The system will randomly generate a new password and send the user an email with the new password. Once the user logs in, they can change the password to something they will remember.
