Allegiance Administration: Add a New View

Views are used in the CustomerVoice and EmployeeVoice products. Views are organized into leveled groups. In the case of locations/offices/branches or departments, the top level is simply a group name. Indented beneath the top level is the list of specific locations or departments. When adding additional views, it's helpful to determine whether the new entry will be a top level group or a secondary group so you can select where you want the new group to be placed rather than having to move it later.

 

NOTE

New views will be added as a secondary level entry inside the view that is selected when you click Add New.

 

 

Follow these steps to add a new view:

  1. Select the Voice product.

  2. Expand the views as necessary to see all existing views.

  3. Do one of the following:

    1. Click Unclassified if you want to add a new top level group.

    2. Click the name of the top level group to which a new secondary group should belong

  4. Click Add New.
