Allegiance Administration: Add New Predefined Response

Communication is one of the most important components of feedback resolution. When resolving feedback in the Voice tool, you can choose from a list of predefined response or enter your own text. Predefined responses not only save time but can be an important tool in ensuring that your communication is consistent. All users can use the predefined responses, but only a system administrator can create responses.

 

Follow these steps to add a new predefined response:

  1. Select the product (CustomerVoice, EmployeeVoice, PartnerVoice)

  2. Click Add New.

  3. Enter a name in the Name field

  4. Enter the text in the Message field.

  5. Click Save.
