How do I delete an email template?

To delete an email template, take these steps:

Step 1

Go to the Manage Programs page.

Step 2

In the Program table, find the program whose email template you want to delete. Click to the left of the program, then select Email Templates from this menu:

The Email Templates page appears:

Step 4

Click to the left of the template you want to delete. The following action menu appears:

Select Delete from it. You will be asked to confirm your choice:

Click Yes. The email template is deleted from the list.

Note: This action cannot be undone, so be sure before you delete the template.
